Do I need to book in advance?+
We recommend booking 2–3 days ahead for weekend slots. Weekday treatments are often available same-day.
What should I wear?+
We provide loose-fitting traditional Thai garments. For oil treatments, undress to your comfort level — your therapist drapes you with linen at all times.
Are couples treatments in the same room?+
Yes — our couples suite features two side-by-side beds in a private, candlelit setting.
Can I request a specific therapist?+
Absolutely. Our booking flow lets you choose your preferred therapist based on real-time availability.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the treatment.
